Sheets
Paulamar can supply foams in a wide range of grades and densities to suit most applications.
All of our foam material ranges are available both full sheet sizes or trimmed to your exact specification. Sheet sizes vary according to material specified and all ranges are available in any thickness.
Foam sheet products can be complimented by a range of additional processes including adhesive backing, multi-grade lamination, and perforating to allow ventilation for healthcare applications.
Strip
Foam strip can be manufactured in an almost infinite combination of sizes (length x width x thickness). Strip products can be supplied plain or with adhesive backing, including easily removed backing paper.
Die Cut parts
Die cut parts can be made in simple or complex designs in almost any grade of foam. Die cut parts can be plain or adhesive backed.
Custom inserts
Custom inserts and tool tray shadowboards can be made to suit any shape and size of container either supplied by the customer or by ourselves. Using state of the art CNC CAD/CAM technology Paulamar can cut and shape foam packaging to protect and house your products to the highest standard. CNC technology ensures highly accurate and repeatable machining over long production runs.
